General Comments

Temperatures were great! Advised PIC to keep reach in cooler shut when not in use. With it being across from the grill, the heat will make temperatures of foods stored be out temperature. Also, advised PIC to sanitize and clean off the probe of the thermometer after each use. EHS left a Hoke County HD thermometer with PIC. MFU is going to start keeping a log for the commissary usage on the truck as he has a log at the commissary.
