Inspection conducted with CPO Leontty Carter. Verified issue with emergency phone speaker was addressed. Facility has Kings III phone, incorrect dialing instructions on emergency phone signage, correct dialing instructions on Kings III phone. To avoid confusion, provide new emergency phone signage with correct address, phone number, and dialing instructions. < 45” between electrical junction boxes and next fence horizontal. Ensure signage remains in place by junction boxes to eliminate the foothold. Paper permit will be on our website, https://eh.mecknc.gov/pools, in 3-5 business days for your records. Permit sticker issued with the following conditions: No Night Swimming Pool flow meter must remain operational and be at least 94 GPM for minimum turnover and cannot exceed 138 GPM for feature and main drain suction line.
