Comissary space was not actively being used at the time of inspection. No food preparation observed. Two coolers and two freezer for cold holding and cooling equipment. The oven is used along with two microwaves. Steam table is available if needed. One hand sink next to the steam bar is not equipped, however, the space was not in active operation at the time.
