Inspection conducted with CPO Matthew Kerstner. Operation inspection. All items in compliance. Permit issued. Unannounced followup inspection will be conducted within 30 to 60 days. EHS Devon recommends lowering chlorine level for bather comfort. Permit Restriction: 1) Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 116 gpm to 138 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the suction pipes. Notes: 1) Salt is not approved as primary chlorination 2) Pool permitted with upper retaining wall less than 48” in height from outside. Pool is located >12 ft. below the top of the top of the retaining wall. Rope Length: 39ft No night swimming
