General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Ray Cruz. Concrete deck with added expansion joints within the 6 feet walkway around the pool hold water. Decking needs to be sloped to drains and not hold water. Recommend caulking so it doesn’t hold water or so people don’t stub their toes. Far floor returns on sunshelf don’t appear to be working. Ensure all returns are working properly. Permit issued with the following conditions No Night Swimming Flow meter must remain operation and be between 113 GPM for minimum turnover and 138 GPM for restriction of the suction piping.
