4-302.14 Provide a test kit that accurately measures sanitizer concentrations. -Pf Observed no testing strips for testing quat sanitizer. Establishment uses quat tabs to make sanitizer for sanitizing cooking and serving utensils. Sanitizer was made during inspection and a concentration of 200ppm was tested using EH test strips. A verification will be conducted by Monday, June 8th to determine if establishment is in compliance. |
