PIC will dilute chemical until dispenser can be calibrated.

Collards and potatoes were placed in shallow pans and placed uncovered in cooler. Foods pulled from salad bar were placed tightly wrapped in cooler while in the cooling process. Lids were removed to allow for cooling.
