Small hot hold unit beside handwash sink is stored below the paper towel holder. Reaching for the paper towels can contaminate the food stored below in the hot wells.
CDI: Manager moved and placed the microwave below the hand drying - hot hold unit was moved to a table where contamination is not probable. |
