General Comments-Observed access to the dumpster to be difficult to navigate from the back door of the kitchen. Access to the dumpster requires walking through mulched areas and is difficult to transport trash without the potential for spillage. The outdoor walking and driving areas shall be surfaced with concrete, asphalt, or gravel or other materials that have been effectively treated to minimize dust, facilitate maintenance, and prevent muddy conditions.

This is because the wrong cart was ordered and is too large. Discussed with the manager that a new food transport cart that is appropriately sized to accommodate the needs of the kitchen is needed. Have replaced. Observed steamer unit not properly set up for it's intended use. The water connection is not set up to the unit and causing issues with maintaining water levels and disrupting daily operations. Have repaired. 4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) Observed fryer no longer in good repair. This is a new piece of equipment and is not operating accordingly. Pilot light will not stay lit for use. This needs to be repaired or replaced.

The faucets are too small and causing water to fill around the outer edges of the sink causing rust and water to spill onto the floor. This is not in good repair. Have all faucets replaced with appropriately sized faucets.

The floors in FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS in which water flush cleaning methods are used shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and SEALED.
