Observed a box of single use lids sitting on the ground in the side storage space near the chemical closet. Must keep single-service items stored at least 6 inches above the floor, in a clean, dry location and not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination. Have the box relocated. |

Observed black build up on the gaskets of freezer sensor #12 and the front small freezer sensor #17. Also saw a build up of dust on the fan near the small dish machine. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free from the accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris by cleaning at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of these soil residues. Clean as needed. |
