General Comments**Sanitizer that comes out of dispenser at 3 bay sink is at 100 PPM. EHS recommends increasing the concentration slightly as, over time and use, the sanitizer will become diluted too quickly and become ineffective.**

CDI- Date labels were added to both items to reflect the original date of preparation.
