An employee’s coat was being stored on the racks used for storing boxed sodas. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided for the orderly storage of employees’ clothing and other possessions.
6-403.11 Designated Areas - Employee Accommodations for eating / drinking / smoking (C)
An employee’s canned energy drink was being stored inside of the walk-in cooler intermingled with food for the restaurant. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. The manager relocated the canned energy drink into a designated bin for employees to store their foods/drinks. CDI |
