General Comments8. Current corporate SOP is to leave kitchen door closed during service; this has food employees toughing handle of door every time to pass through, many times while handling food etc while wearing gloves. Will work with corporate to find solution such has allowing door to be propped open and using foot handle instead. Brianna.Fontenette@AppHealth.com
