6-303.11 Intensity - Lighting (C) - Lighting: Lighting in walk in cooler measuring around 3 - 6 foot candles of light. The freezer light has been improved since previous inspection and reaches required lighting intensity. Lighting in the walk in shall be at least 10 foot candles of light 30 inches above the floor. This is an item on the transitional list of items to repair at this establishment. REHS discussed with owner at permitting date, replacing bulbs with stronger wattage, adding additional lights, and reorganizing the boxes to prevent the light from being blocked. |
