The PERSON IN CHARGE shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Provide PIC with Food Protection Manager Certifications all hours of operation. Permit was issued on December 31, 2025; therefore after July 29, 2026 points will be deducted on inspections. |
