5-205.15 (B) LEAK PIPE ETC. NOT IMMINENT THREAT
A PLUMBING SYSTEM SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR.
Observed an "Out of Order" sign posted on one of the urinals in the men's restroom. Manager verified that the urinal has not been operating properly since May 29, 2026. The Manager stated that a work order has been submitted to address the issue and that a service technician is expected to repair the urinal by the end of the week, on or before June 5, 2026.
