General CommentsTemporary permit was issued on 12/02/2025 set to expire on 1/6/2026. Facility has extended food service due to being unable to obtain catering service. Environmental Health will require updating to equipment and facilities to maintain permit permanently. Facility will be limited on menu if grease trap for city sewer system is not repair/replaced. Obtain proper permits and inspections with the City of Goldsboro. Provide an update on food service for the 2026-2027 school year.
