Observed heavy ice build-up on the interior of both reach-in freezers. The accumulation of ice indicates that the units are not functioning properly and may not be maintaining appropriate operating conditions. EHS recommends that the reach-in freezers be serviced to restore proper functionality. Additionally, observed the interior seal of the ice machine separating from the unit, creating a gap.
