5-205.11 Maintain access to hand sinks. Hand sinks may only be used for handwashing. Pf - Observed the hand-sink by the front/corner door blocked with boxes ad rolling cart. Make sure to keep hand sinks clear to avoid hand washing issues. Carts and boxes were moved. CDI. |
