EHS observed a tile in the ceiling is missing and needs to be replaced.
6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair.
EHS observed the plastic topping of the counter closest to the dry storage room is broken. EHS also observed a crack in the plastic of the counter in front of the 2 compartment sink. |
