4-903.11(A)(1)(2) plastic forks, spoons, and knives were exposed to crumbs. Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored in a clean, dry location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. The PIC discarded the single-use articles and cleaned the container. |
