The eggs were moved to the bottom as they were the only raw item in the refrigerator. Raw animal proteins must be stored according to final cook temperature. |

3-307.11 Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination (C). Observed two small containers of sliced and diced tomatoes being stored directly on top of raw onion and cheese. Do not place containers of food on top of other open food items. This was corrected by moving the tomatoes inside the prep cooler. |
