Inspection conducted with CPO Lamont Tillman. All out of compliances items were corrected during the inspection by CPO. Permit Restriction: Pump required at 3450 RPM or Flow meter must remain operable with flow at 80 gpm to 138 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the suction lines
