1) Panels still secure so hose bibs not accessible. Received video of access panel in place so both hose bibs now accessible in restrooms.
2) Light closest to pump room not secure to wall - gap >1/2". Pool builder secured to wall by applying pool putty around light. Recommend permanent repair. If light needs to be changed, will cause damage to the light/plaster when removed.
Construction final passed. Holds released in system.
Permit issued for no night swimming. The State permit should be available online by end of business 9/26. Local permit will be dropped off following week.
Permit Restriction: Pump required at 3450 RPM - or - Flow meter must remain operable with flow at 109 gpm to 138 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the suction pipes.
Hayward TristarXL HCP3020 VSP, 2.7 THP pump with (2) Aquastar 2017 WAV12WRxxx drain covers. EQ lines plugged in skimmer. 4” side port that T’s to 3” line back to pump room.
Note: Plaster cracking on steps in multiple locations. May require repair in future if worsens.
