Gasket on maketable and gasket on reach in freezer near fryers observed broken. Gaskets on order and receipt reviewed by PIC. Door frame on maketable observed loose and missing screw. Frame needs to be kept intact and adjusted.

PIC worked on drain and used ballon during visit to clear pipe. Water began backing out of mop sink into floor. See immediate suspension
