When checked, the solution measured between 10-50ppm in concentration. CDI- Had PIC add more chlorine to the solution until it was between 50-100ppm. When using chemical sanitizers, the solutions shall meet manufacturer's specified concentrations. (Chlorine: 50-100ppm) ~NO POINTS~ Due to no observation of using the solution.

When checked, the handwritten label had been smudged and unreadable. CDI- Had PIC relabel the chemical bottle. When removed from bulk containers and placed into working containers, the working containers shall be labeled to indicate the contained substance. ~NO POINTS~ Due to being able to see that it was labeled recently, just needed to be touched-up.

Needs to be filled. Outer openings shall be protected from the entry of pests and dust.

CDI- Aluminum foil sheets were moved away from the paper towel dispenser. Single-use/service items shall be stored in a manner that protects them from contamination from drip, splash, or other contamination.
