General Comments- EHS discovered the sanitizer dispenser at the 3 compartment sink to be improperly hooked up to chlorine dishwasher sanitizer at the time of the inspection. Sanitizer solution did test correctly for chlorine sanitizer at the time of the inspection but EHS held conversations with the PIC about not doing this going forward. The sanitizer dispenser at the facilities 3 compartment sink is designed for sink and surface sanitizer and not chlorine. EHS advised that they switch back to sink and surface sanitizer going forward to avoid any possible issues in the future.
