15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
Observed no soap and paper towels at laundry room handsink. Needs soap and paper towels. REPEAT. |

General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed the outside steps are cracking/damaged. Facility is currently in the process of remodeling and construction has caused some damage to the stairs. The stair wells are on the list of items to be renovated. No points deducted due to improvements and facility working on remodel. |
