General CommentsNote: drinking water tested for lead 12/11/23. It must be retested every 3 years. Contact Clean Classrooms for Carolina Kids (AKA RTI) to get more water bottles. Areas that need to be tested are 3-comp sink and prep sink in kitchen. Test water fountains if you plan on turning them back on. A reinspection will be completed within 7 calendar days (6/22/26) unless a problem requires an extension, like the plumber needs to order replacement parts. If you need an extension send me an email stating why you need the extension and time frame. I will email back with the timeframe I will return in (if extension approved) Note: Knee pads provided for toddlers (located in outside bag) classroom and not individually bagged need to be laundered.
