Observed two water damaged ceiling tiles in the dinning area. Light shield cover observed missing in the ladies restroom. Floor tiles in the kitchen line observed chipping. PIC notified.
PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair.
6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C)
Clean/replace ceiling tiles as needed throughout the kitchen (i.e., above 1 door RIC and French fries station). Stains and splash/grease residue observed. Remove dust build-up from exhausted/return vents in the facility (i.e., restrooms, back kitchen). Observed grease build-up in the middle baffles/vents under the hood system. PIC notified.
PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. |
