Heater was not evaluated this inspection. It was not turned on and is going to be replaced. Ensure that the items around the pool are kept at least 6 feet back from the edge of the water. Do not use breakable light bulbs over the pool deck. Permit Restriction: Pool pump flow must be at least 76gpm for turnover and cannot exceed 138gpm for skimmer pipe size. Flow meter must remain operational. Built without main drains. Provide sump pump or another approved method for draining pool. Access to heater through residence unit required to be maintained.Note: Pool heater under pool vault and must be accessed through residence unit
