Inspection conducted with artist Cailey Cline. Artist using all disposable equipment. Autoclave not required. Permit issued with the following conditions: Sign at sink must remain in place advising that sink is for tattoo artist hand-washing only. Curtain must be pulled back and door to tattooing room must be open when providing permanent makeup services to allow uninterrupted access to the artist hand-wash sink.
