Observed eggs stored on second shelf from the top. Encouraged PIC to store these below the other shelves to avoid contamination in the event one of the raw shelled eggs busts. I am not taking points off this time but next inspection I will. PIC moved the carton of eggs to the bottom shelf. |

7-204.11 Provide sanitizer at correct concentrations, diluting as required.-P Observed sanitizer not of correct concentration. PIC added in pine sol to the chlorine solution to give it. A smell which dilutes the concentration. Encouraged PIC to not do this to ensure the correct concentration is being used for the sanitizer. |
