Encouraged PIC to store these below the other shelves to avoid contamination in the event one of the raw shelled eggs busts. I am not taking points off this time but next inspection I will. PIC moved the carton of eggs to the bottom shelf.

PIC added in pine sol to the chlorine solution to give it. A smell which dilutes the concentration. Encouraged PIC to not do this to ensure the correct concentration is being used for the sanitizer.
