General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Darin Reinke Contact Kurtis Nelson at 980-378-7896 to when ITS items are in compliance. The items listed below are 30 day intent to suspend items. These items must be repaired within 30 days. 1.Provide record keeping including daily records of disinfectant residual, pH, drain cover/grate inspections, pool water maintenance, and temperature, if applicable. Provide weekly recordings for cyanuric acid and total alkalinity weekly. Several dates in January and February are missing the daily checks. 2. All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. Gate closest to grills does not self-close. 3. Keep flow meter operational. Flow meter for filtration pump is not operational.
