Observed flying insects in bathroom and back kitchen areas. Per PIC, back door was briefly open prior to EHS arrival for a delivery and to take out trash. Facility has monthly pest control services. Consider more frequent pest control visits as well as installation of a screen or insect exclusion device at back door. |
