This sanitizer could be in a spray bottle for ease of use.

Drink cooler is not designed ot hold TCS foods- working well today though. Raw wood being used for knife holder- this must be smooth, nonabsorbent, and the slits for the knives should be a little wider so it can be cleaned more easily. Racjs below cooked equipment leave no gap between the shelf and floor making it hard to clean this area- provide shelbing or other stoage items that would not let food and grease fall to the floor so easily and allow some space for cleaning( if used for food, dishes, to go items, single use items*((papertowels for example)), or clean linen then the shelf should be at least 6" off of the floor.
