General CommentsPer NC Department of Agriculture, Chris Loschiavo with the Blue Suede BBQ mobile food unit does not have an existing permit to prepare and sell food for resale at other establishments. Contact Meat and Poultry Division with the NC Department of Agriculture for permitting/approval.
