Several items temping above 41°F inside 2 door cooler. Items with the exception of smoked sausage have not be taken from 2 door cooler and were placed in cooler previous day. TCS foods temping above 41°F was voluntarily discarded during visit. See temperature observations. Two door cooler shall not be used for the storage of TCS foods at this time. Permit holder will operate on a limited menu due to insufficient cooler space. Verification visit will be made on 3/2/26 to check 2 door cooler.
