3-302.11(A)(1) Separate raw animal foods from ready-to-eat foods and washed/unwashed fruits and vegetables. -P- There was a carton of raw shell eggs stored on the top shelf in the bottom of the prep cooler above ready to eat foods. Ensure that raw foods of animal origin are stored below all ready to eat or pre-cooked foods to prevent cross contamination.
CDI- The eggs were moved to the bottom shelf. |

7-201.11- There were various cleaners (bathroom cleaners per the PIC) that were stored on a shelf above food items (single service items) in the dry storage room. Store toxic materials to avoid contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service/use items.
CDI- The cleaners were moved to the bottom shelf and into the bathroom where they are used. |
