4-501.12 Resurface or replace cutting surfaces that can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed prep unit cutting board with discoloration and deep grooves. PIC will wash down other side and turn the cutting board over. The other side was in brand new condition.

Observed grease buildup accumulating on outside of fryer. |
