5-205.11 (B) A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing Pf. Observed pickles, dawn dish detergent, and a wash cloth in hand sinks. Did let employees know that hand sinks are ONLY used for handwashing.
5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink - Operation and Maintenance (Pf) Handwashing sink in the front of the kitchen was not in operation at time of inspection. PIC stated that the handles were stripped and they just needed to be screwed back in. Will verify next week to ensure this is working properly. |
