All corrosive agents, insecticides, rodenticides, herbicides, bleaches, detergents, polishes, items containing petroleum products, any product which is under pressure in an aerosol dispensing can, and any substance which may be hazardous to a child if ingested, inhaled, or handled (skin contact) shall be stored in a locked storage room or locked cabinet. Section 16 (b).
Observed chemical storage in bathroom unlocked with key in the lock. Needs to be stored locked with key stored separate from the lock and 5ft up. |
