Sanitizers must be properly mixed per manufacture guidelines, bleach should only be mixed with water at a concentration of 50 to 100 ppm chlorine. CDI- bottle was emptied and remade.

Keep the premises free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The PIC indicated that two mice had been trapped that morning and that they were continuing to work on the rodent issue.
