7-202.12 Conditions of Use (P)- The bleach water spray sanitizer was not being properly prepared, it had been mixed with a pine scented cleaner. Sanitizers must be properly mixed per manufacture guidelines, bleach should only be mixed with water at a concentration of 50 to 100 ppm chlorine. CDI- bottle was emptied and remade. |
