4-204.115- Pf- The rinse water indicating thermometer on the machine did not appear to be working properly, it read 150 F the entire cycle. Warewashing machines shall be equipped with a thermometer to indicate the temperature of the water in the wash, rinse, and final rinse areas. Have the thermometer inspected and fixed if necessary. |
