6-201.11; Core- The covered walkway built off the door of the mobile going into the back of the restaurant is not smooth, finished, construction. The floor / ground is not cleanable and the walls are tarps and screens. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are SMOOTH and EASILY CLEANABLE. |
