4-501.19 Manual Warewashing Equipment, Wash Solution Temperature (Pf)- The in use wash water was not warm enough at the time of the inspection. Wash water must be maintained at 110 F or above. The water that was filling the sink was only 94 F.
CDI- The cold water was turned off and the hot water was used to finish filling the sink. |
