3-307.11 Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination (C)- There were containers of foods stored on top of raw shell eggs (containers in contact with the eggs) in the reach in cooler. The containers contacting the shell eggs could become contaminated.
CDI- The containers were removed and the foods put into new containers that were clean. Staff educated on cross contamination. |
