Commercial salsa being dated by manufacturer's expiration date. Food containing TCS foods (cut tomatoes) labeled "Refrigerated After Opening" are assumed to be 7 day hold time. PIC contacted supplier during inspection, awaiting guidance. If exempt from date marking will provide written document to inspector. |
