General Comments

OSV to pool with CPO, Richard Garner, and Mitch Cronin, GC for return construction. All items from previous visit corrected. Note: One handrail loose at steps into pool closest to building. Repair prior to follow-up inspection. A follow-up inspection will be completed within 30 to 60 days of permit issuance. Permit issued for no night swimming. Recommend water proofing wall next to backflow preventer for fill line. Water damage apparent at time of inspection and viewed leaking. Per plumbing inspector, catch drain line was not required since floor slopes to the center drain in the pump room. Permit Restrictions: 1) Bond wire must stay secured to bottom of skimmer lids. 2) Salt is not approved as primary chlorination. Note: Pool signage required at cabana area entrance so that all signage is visible upon entry to the pool. Signage in place at time of inspection. Hayward HCP3000 Series, HCP30203 2.7THP pump with (4) Paramount SDX2 drain covers. EQ lines plugged in the skimmers. Pool Width 24.5 ft.; Rope Length 37 ft.; Max Depth 4 ft. Construction final passed. Holds released.
