*Unannounced inspection. *Bleach sanitizer 50PPM in sanitizer spray bottle and 1 gallon jug. *Four hour time as a public health control pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza to be discarded by 8:45PM. *Employee health requirements discussed. It is very important to go over employee health reporting with volunteers to reduce the potential of food borne illness. *No children allowed in concessions area. *This is a shared kitchen with coffee type foods. All of the kitchen will be inspected during unannounced inspections. *Limited food service permit is permitted to the Chatham Charter Athletic Booster Club organization and operated by all volunteer food handlers. *Permit expires on 5-30-2026. *Limited food stand permit allows TCS to be sold during amateur events only. *Food source: Amazon, Gold Metal, Dominos, Walmart, and Crossroads Grill. *Potable water source: Town
